All our products are made-to-order and customized. Therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been placed and delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will review the issue based on the proof provided (photos/videos)
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost

3. Changes After Delivery
If you wish to make any changes or modifications to your product after delivery:

  • This will be treated as a paid service
  • Additional charges will apply depending on the type of changes requested
